Here for you
Our Services
In its purest, yet most profound way, therapy offers a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself—a space where the fog can lift and a clearer horizon comes into view. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, or the many challenges life puts before you, our work focuses on understanding what’s beneath the surface and helps you move forward with greater clarity, understanding and intention.
What We Offer
-
People come to therapy for many different reasons, and it’s important to find a good fit when you take that next step. Throughout sessions we’ll work collaboratively —clarifying what may be getting in the way, building on strengths, and developing practical strategies for change. To that end, below are some areas of focus that I’ve been honored to work with throughout my career as a psychologist.
Depression
Anxiety
Ineffective Coping Skills
Grief
Cultural and Systemic Oppression
Low Self Esteem
Stress
Trauma
Compassion Fatigue
Emotional Abuse
LGBTQIA+
Challenging Life Transitions
Men's Issues

The initial intake session is a chance to share what brings you in and what feels most important right now. We’ll explore your history, current concerns, and the patterns that may be shaping your experience. This conversation helps clarify your goals and gives us a sense of how we might work together. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for my style and ensure the space feels comfortable and supportive. By the end, we’ll have a clearer sense of where we’re headed and how therapy can best support you moving forward.
